Success Factors:

  1. Increase sales from new clients by 20 % in 12 months
    1. Develop a sales plan for the next year to gain 50% of new sales from individual efforts
    2. Develop relationships with larger prospective clients
    3. Create and launch 2 new mailing lists within 4 months
    4. Develop 2 new industry groups within 6 months

  2. Evaluate and implement a sales infrastructure to effectively manage the sales process within 6 months
    1. Create and implement a sales training program to improve selling skills within 4 months
    2. Develop an activity measurement system within 3 months
    3. Manage the selling process and evaluate progress – ongoing

  3. Evaluate, develop and create a sales plan for new services after 6 months
    time.
