How to Save More with Resident List's Unique Features

To maximize your postage savings and pay the lowest postage rates possible try these:

• Use the sequence number on each resident record to keep your list in the proper walk saturation order for your postal savings. If “something happens” during mail processing, put the list back into the correct walk saturation order
• You can order the resident list in ascending or descending order, depending on how you are process the mail. This will keep the list in the correct walk saturation order.
