DLT Helps Neglected Children

This year Direct List will help fulfill the children’s holiday wish lists at Canyon Acres Children and Family Services. This facility treats severely abused, neglected and emotionally troubled young children. We're trying to raise funds, gift cards and gifts for Christmas 2007! Every child at Canyon Acres has a wish list of what they would like Santa to bring them.

We will be coordinating the transport of gifts and donations to Canyon Acres on Wednesday Dec 12th! Any way that you can help would mean so much to these children.

How to Maintain Resident List Walk Sequence Quality and Postal Discounts

To ensure the resident list maintains current walk sequence for postal carriers, do not sort the list again using any postal sorting software package. Clients have processed the resident file thinking it would somehow improve the sequencing. Unfortunately, this does not improve the list; just bumps the list out of walk sequence.

With the new postal regulations, it is important more than ever to follow this important guideline:

- Use the resident list in the sequence you receive it, along with the matching CASS report.
