Flat standards change: On March 29, new address standards for commercial flat-size mail go into effect.    Our Difference: The List Experts

We always like to win new clients by surprising a caller with our expertise.

That’s just what happened recently when a big company grew disgruntled with declining service from one of our large competitors.

First, the caller was delighted to get a “live” person on the phone immediately.

Then, the DLT list expert began asking questions, clearly demonstrating that she knew what he might need.

Finally, the caller got exactly the information he needed - in real time!

This unexpected scenario prompted the caller to set up a meeting to find out what other list intelligence they had missed out on all these years. They now have turned all their data needs over to the list experts at DLT.

P.S. How much had their loyalty to our large competitor cost them? What if they had contacted DLT when they first found out about us? How much more successful would their campaigns have been if they had called us earlier?

Don’t let another day go by. Call DLT 888.772.6947 for immediate answers to your questions from our list experts.

    Partnering for Success
By Lyn Bunch, DLT Director of Sales

As the newest member of the DLT team, I’ve enjoyed countless introductory client meetings. After exchanging pleasantries with “the new guy,” DLT customers struck a common chord: “What can you do for me?” In reviewing my notes from all of the meetings, the answer was universal: Become a partner.

Everyone wants new solutions that can bolster their business. They’re seeking input from an outsider who can inject new thinking, and - above all else - be trusted. I didn’t need to see it on a billboard: I got it.

If you’re looking for a great way to make 2009 better, be a partner to your clients. If you need some suggestions on how to do that, give me a call at 888.772.6947 or email me.

PS: Have you watched Lyn's 60 second video message?
