USPS RELEASES NEW "FACE UP" STANDARDS
 Last week the Federal Register published new mailing standards [PDF] | [HTML] requiring mailers to place presort bundles on pallets with the addresses facing up. The new standards are effective September 11, 2008, and will help validate bundle contents, expedite manual bundle distribution, and take advantage of new flats processing technology.
